Couldn't be happier! The location is great, well connected to underground and bus routes. Lots of good shopping nearby. Loved our balcony overlooking the marina, was perfect for a morning coffee. Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon stay!
Really lovely stay at Fraser Place Canary Wharf. The apartment was spacious with lovely rooms and double bathrooms, which was very convenient. The bathrooms and toilets were modern, clean, and well maintained. We had a nice view from the room, which made the stay even better. Tea, coffee, and biscuits were provided, which was a nice touch. It was also great that takeaway can be delivered straight to the door. The only small downside was that it was a bit difficult to know where to park at night. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!
Premier room we stayed as family was self-sufficient and cheaper on weekends than Airbnb. The view was facing the quite side of river. The staff very kindly had sofabed ready with heating-on at checkin. We didnt had to do anything and felt at home. Location is great to walk to Canary wharf and nearby restaurants. Car park was in open and provided slightly more than 12hr which was nice.
If I could had been able to give 6 stars I would. Brilliant team and service. Really appreciated of everything you had done for our stay at your hotel. We will definitely comeback next time if I ever visit London again. Thanks a million!!
Excellent place to stay, we stayed for 3 nights. The staff were very helpful, we showed up a few hours before check in however the 2-Bedroom Deluxe apartment was ready for us to set our bags down and get ready. During checkout our flight home weren’t until the evening and they allowed us to leave our bags behind until we needed them. Location is amazing you’re very close to tube lines in Canary wharf; restaurants; pubs and sites to see. During November and December times you’re also very close to the pop up Christmas markets which are cute. The apartment was also clean and tidy, bed was super comfortable. View was good from our side.
Our arrival started off a bit stressful during check in but once we checked in and got to the apartment it was absolutely wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed for a family, very convenient and comfortable. We had two balconies which was awesome, one in the bedroom and one on the living room. Everything worked well, all appliances, all amenities. Cleaning schedule was a bit scattered but other than that it was wonderful. A big shout out to Mr Ricardo, he was absolutely awesome, he made our stay really really comfortable and my sons always loved seeing him. Fraser place is always my first choice. This is the second time I have stayed there and I look forward to visiting again. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone planning on taking a trip to London.
10 out 10. Pleasant staff all around! Affordable. Beautiful accommodation. Perfect location. Well Stocked. Everything works from tv to kettle etc! Seamless check in. The morning check out staff and evening check in staff were male and they were so pleasant to us girls. We really really Loved it here and enjoyed ourselves for our night out stay in London! I will Be back! Thank you
The whole experience was a perfect. We booked an apartment for 5 people it was amazing. Sophie and Rahman were so helpful in booking a taxi to transfer when checking out. The whole staff is very friendly. I recommend it very much
